Level TEN Power Hour - Coach Shelby Peterson

The Level TEN Power Hour is a one-on-one 60 minute Zoom consultation call with a Level TEN coach of YOUR choice. This Zoom call will serve as an opportunity for an educated coach to review your CURRENT protocols (training, nutrition, etc) relative to your health & fitness goals.

Your chosen coach will review your current regimen and provide adjustments, guidelines, modifications, and recommendations to help you move forward in the direction of your goals. Come with questions!

These recommendations / guidelines may include, but are not limited to:

* Nutritional guidance

* Training guidance

* Supplement guidance

Upon purchasing your Power Hour, you will be prompted to receive our Power Hour Questionnaire; which will provide your coach with immense information regarding your goals, medical history, dieting history, etc so that the coach you’ve chosen has adequate knowledge of how to guide and advise you moving forward.

NOTE: This consultation does NOT include “ongoing” coaching (weekly check-ins, daily communication, biofeedback tracking, portal access, team calls, etc). Please understand your Power Hour covers your questionnaire review and a ONE HOUR Zoom consultation call which will include program review, personal adjustments, professional recommendations, and an opportunity for Q & A. Further questions or follow up modifications would require an additional Power Hour (OR may be a good indication that 1:1 coaching is the best next step).

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REFUNDS BE GRANTED FOR POWER HOUR SESSIONS THAT HAVE BEEN COMPLETED. ADDITIONALLY, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED FOR POWER HOURS THAT WERE SCHEDULED AND UN-ATTENDED BY THE PURCHASER.
